Designing for Growth and Flexibility
In an open office, the need for quiet, private space is constant. Employees regularly require somewhere to step away for focused calls, confidential discussions, or one on one meetings. Vendasta also places a strong emphasis on regular check ins across teams, which meant smaller meeting spaces were in high demand throughout the day.
Rather than committing to fixed walls, Vendasta wanted a solution that could evolve alongside the business. One that supported privacy today while allowing the office to be reconfigured as the company continued to grow.
Privacy Without Permanence
Vendasta introduced Bureau One Plus and Quad privacy booths to strike that balance. The booths made it possible to preserve the openness of the office while adding quiet, enclosed spaces employees could use whenever needed.
The booths quickly became a natural extension of the workspace. As Vendasta continued to grow, the ability to relocate the booths became just as valuable as the privacy they offered. When the office layout needed to change, the booths were moved seamlessly, allowing the space to adapt without disruption. Even when a booth required repair, the process was handled smoothly, reinforcing confidence in the long term flexibility of the solution.
